1. Repair hand forklift

– Cause: Due to the sealing gasket, the sealing ring has been broken or broken in the hydraulic pump system. Need to be checked carefully to have a reasonable repair.
– Preparation: Hammer, wrench, pliers, screwdriver, tooth wrench, hexagon. Four soles. Special hydraulic oil for pallet trucks. Sine removal device and new sine sine kit.
– Implementation: Put the forklift on the prepared pedestal, it is best to put the base under one end of the car and ask for more people to keep from falling.
+ Step 1: Remove the pump arm from the low lift forklift
You remove the exhaust chain from the trigger. Put the pump hand low. Get a screwdriver through the 2 small holes to stop the spring. Take out your palm.
Next, we use a hammer, a chisel and a hexagon to immediately remove the pump cylinder located on the vehicle by 3 positions, on both sides of the pump support platform (pipe latch 5ly), and above the top of the rod (hexagon 5) ).
Then take the ty ty (large) and the pump ty (small) from the pump body. Put it backward so that the old oil in the pump runs out. Clean rust spots. Use a wrench to remove the screw cap on the pump body.
+ Step 2: Remove and replace the shaft seal
To prevent other objects from getting into the groove you need to clean, clean the shaft seal. Conduct a check of how old the sizes of old seals are on each seal. Install the prepared new seal (note the option to buy a hand pallet sealer according to the size indicated on the old seal).
+ Step 3: Reinstall the hydraulic pump arm and fill the hydraulic oil
Proceed to tighten the pump body cap. Assemble the pump and pump unit to the same position. Reinsert the pump head, pump arm, and pump arm back into the chassis. Thread the exhaust chain through the hole between the pump arms.
Remove the screw on the back of the pump head. Add new oil. Fill the cartridge until the ink is level with the edge of the screw mouth then tighten the screw.
